Take a long way home

Germany, 2pm, th sky is so blue, everything is so blue. I’ve been waiting for a train on the wrong side for 45 minutes. Next train is in 45 minutes, and everything is so blue, need to stop time. I take my Polaroid and take a first shot, the pull out my Leica and did this one. Train station on a way home, Supertramp singing in my head “take a long way home”. Three tains, 6 hours, and i’ll be finally home.
Allemagne, il est quatorze heures. Le ciel est bleu, tout est bleu. J’attendais un train sur le mauvais coté du quai depuis 45 minutes. Prochain train dans 45 minutes et tout est si bleu, j’ai besoin de fixer l’image, d’arrêter le temps. Je sors mon polaroid et prend un première photo, je sors mon Leica et en prend celle-ci. Une gare sur le chemin du retour, j’ai cette chanson de Supertramp dans la tête “take a long way home”. Tois trains, six heures de voyages et je serais enfin à la maison.
